Short answer: remove the headlight, warm it (oven 80°C for ~10 minutes, or a heat gun), separate the old lens, clean the glue channel, fill it 50–70% with the supplied sealant, press on the new lens and let it cure 3–5 days.

Oven method

1. Remove the rear cover and bulbs.
2. Heat in an oven preheated to 80°C (176°F) for 10 minutes.
3. Gently separate the lens.

Heat-gun method

1. Heat the sharpest corner section by section.
2. Pry open with a flat screwdriver once soft.
3. Do not overheat.

Reassembly

• Clean all old adhesive; transfer trims to the new lens.
• Cut the glue nozzle at 45°, fill the channel 50–70%.
• Press the new lens on; trim excess glue after drying.
• Cure 3–5 days; avoid washing for a week.
